Casting For National Music Theater Conference Projects "Notes To Marianne," "Red Eye Of Love" Announced

[Waterford] - Paulette Haupt, Artistic Director of the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's National Music Theater Conference (NMTC) has announced the full casts for notes to MariAnne and Red Eye of Love, the two musicals to be developed at the O'Neill this summer. The actors include a mix of well known actors from stage and screen, seasoned O'Neill performers, and new talent.

Actors include Cheyenne Jackson, who received Theatre World Award, Drama League and Outer Critics Circle Award nominations for his performance as Chad in ALL SHOOK UP, portrayed Matthew in Off Broadway's ALTAR BOYZ, and played Mark Bingham in the Academy Award nominated film UNITED 93; Elizabeth Stanley, who most recently has appeared on Broadway in the 2007 Tony winning revival of COMPANY (as April); Joe Grifasi, who has received multiple Drama Desk Award nominations for Broadway shows THE BOYS NEXT DOOR, THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD, THE 1940'S RADIO HOUR and is known to audiences from his numerous film and television performances (he can be seen as Yogi Berra in this summer's ESPN Entertainment's THE BRONX IS BURNING); Dennis Parlato, whose Broadway credits include DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS, CHESS, and the original production of A CHORUS LINE, and who played Roger Thorpe on THE GUIDING LIGHT for 11 years; Alicia Irving, whose Broadway credits include THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL, SIDESHOW, SUNSET BOULEVARD and LES MISERABLES; Jason Ma, known for his roles in Broadway's SLY FOX, MISS SAIGON and SHOGUN THE MUSICAL; Monique Midgette, whose Broadway credits include SEUSSICAL, MARIE CHRISTINE and THE CIVIL WAR; Ken Triwush, whose Broadway shows include TITANIC and BUDDY: THE BUDDY HOLLY STORY; Jason Wooten, who has appeared on Broadway in shows that include THE TIMES THEY ARE A-CHANGIN', THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW and FOOTLOOSE and in BRIGHT LIGHTS, BIG CITY off-Broadway; Harris Doran, who performed as Claude in the 2004 Broadway revival of HAIR and was recently seen as Chip Cory in Ed Dixon and A.R. Gurney's RICHARD CORY at the New York Musical Theatre Festival; Jenny Fellner, who recently made her Broadway debut in MANA MIA!; Monique French, a well known New York concert performer, recording artist and actress; aNd Anne Kittredge, a frequent performer in City Center's Encore! Series.
